Card purchases at bars, restaurants and quick-service merchants. Specifically those processed on Visa with MCC 5811 (caterers), 5812 (eating places), 5813 (drinking places) or 5814 (quick-service). Minimum transaction value $20. Authorisation must fall between 16:00 and midnight CEST on Saturday 30 May 2026.

A Merchant Category Code is the four-digit tag your card network assigns to each merchant. We use 5811, 5812, 5813 and 5814 because those cover real bar tabs, dinners and takeaways. Grocery stores, off-licences and marketplace aggregators run on different MCCs and do not qualify.

After your transaction settles, which is usually within 48 hours. Your goal bonus is credited at the same time as your cashback. Both arrive together as a statement credit on your Hyperbeat account.

Only goals scored during normal time (90 minutes plus stoppage) and extra time count toward your $10-per-goal bonus. Penalty shoot-out goals do not. Own goals are credited to the team that benefits, following standard match scoring.

This promotion ("the Promo") is provided and operated by Zoeion Ltd Corporation (the "Company", "we", "our" or "us"). By participating, you agree to these terms in addition to the standard Hyperbeat Cardholder Agreement.

The cashback and goal-bonus window runs from 16:00 CEST on Saturday 30 May 2026 to 00:00 CEST on Sunday 31 May 2026 (the "Promo Period"), covering the UEFA Champions League Final played at the Puskás Aréna, Budapest. Eligibility is determined by the authorisation timestamp of the qualifying transaction, not its settlement date.

Open to all holders of an active Hyperbeat Visa card in good standing at the time of the qualifying transaction. New customers who sign up via this campaign page before the end of the Promo Period are eligible on the same terms once their card is issued and used. Accounts that are frozen, in arrears, or under fraud review are excluded. Hyperbeat employees, contractors, and immediate family members are excluded from the Promo.

A transaction qualifies for the base cashback only if all of the following are true: • Processed on the Visa network using the cardholder's Hyperbeat card. • MCC is one of 5811 (caterers), 5812 (eating places / restaurants), 5813 (drinking places / bars), or 5814 (quick-service restaurants). • Authorisation timestamp falls within the Promo Period. • Single transaction value is $20 or more. • Fully settled and not subsequently reversed.

Each cardholder may back one of the two competing sides via this campaign page. The selection locks at kick-off and may not be changed thereafter. A cardholder who has not selected a side before kick-off remains eligible for the base cashback on qualifying transactions but is not eligible for the goal bonus.

Base cashback equal to 5% of the qualifying transaction value, applied to each qualifying transaction during the Promo Period. The total cashback paid to a cardholder under this Promo is capped at $30 per cardholder.

A flat $10 is paid for each goal scored by the cardholder's selected team during the match. Only goals scored in normal time (90 minutes plus stoppage) and extra time count. Penalty shoot-out goals are excluded. Own goals are credited to the team that benefits, in line with standard match scoring. The goal bonus is capped at $30 per cardholder, i.e. a maximum of three counted goals. The goal bonus is paid only to cardholders who have made at least one qualifying transaction under clause 04 during the Promo Period.

The combined maximum payout per cardholder under this Promo is $60: up to $30 in cashback under clause 06 and up to $30 in goal bonus under clause 07.

Hyperbeat's standard referral programme runs separately from this Promo and is unaffected by it. Where a cardholder shares their personal referral code (available in the Rewards section of the Hyperbeat app once an account is active), the referring and referred parties earn the rewards described in that programme, in addition to any rewards earned by either party under this Promo. Self-referrals, where the referring and referred parties share a KYC identity, are not valid.

Cashback and goal-bonus credits are issued as a single statement credit after the underlying transactions have settled, typically within 48 hours of settlement and no later than 30 days after the Promo Period ends. Cashback and goal bonus arrive together. Payouts are issued automatically.

If a qualifying transaction is fully or partially refunded, charged back, voided, or otherwise reversed within 90 days of settlement, the corresponding cashback and any related goal bonus are forfeit in full and will be debited from the cardholder's next available Hyperbeat statement.

The Promo does not apply to: cash withdrawals, balance transfers, gift card purchases, third-party wallet top-ups, marketplace or aggregator transactions where the underlying merchant cannot be identified, transactions on MCCs not listed in clause 04, fees or interest charges, transactions later identified as fraudulent, transactions on closed or restricted accounts, and transactions that do not route through the Visa network.

Multiple cards, accounts, or sub-accounts linked to the same KYC identity count as a single cardholder for all purposes under this Promo, including caps, team selection, cashback eligibility, and goal-bonus eligibility.

Hyperbeat reserves the right to withhold, reduce, or reclaim cashback and goal-bonus payouts from any cardholder it reasonably believes has structured transactions, manipulated merchant data, abused signup or referral mechanics, colluded with a merchant, operated duplicate accounts, or otherwise engaged in conduct intended to game the Promo. In cases of suspected fraud, Hyperbeat may also suspend or close the account in accordance with the Cardholder Agreement, and any such determination is at Hyperbeat's sole discretion.

Hyperbeat may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo at any time, with or without notice. Cashback already credited in good faith on qualifying transactions completed before such modification will not be reclaimed except as provided in clauses 11 and 14.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the cardholder's jurisdiction of residence as recorded by Hyperbeat. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions of the Cardholder Agreement.
